The Upper Peninsula Regional Blood Center has asked Northern Michigan University for help in getting the word out to the general public that blood donors are needed as current blood supply is at or close to critically low levels for most blood types. Please consider donating blood this week.

The center is located at 580 W. College Avenue. Its hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. You can call for an appointment at 225-4610 or 1-800-491-4483 (GIVE).
