Jonathan Haidt to Speak at NMU

Dr. Haidt is a social psychologist, best-selling author, and expert on human nature. He has multiple fascinating talks on TED.com, he's been featured on the Colbert Report and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, and is a professor at NYU Stern School of Business. Dr. Haidt will be speaking on the topic of his latest book "The Righteous Mind: Why Good People Are Divided by Politics and Religion". Using psychological science he will discuss the way people form their morals and how this can lead to sometimes unworkable disagreement. This talk is an enlightening look into our decision-making processes and how our morals affect our outlook on life. Don't miss your chance to learn about these very important topics!
