AHA Heartsaver CPR/First Aid/AED

SPACE STILL AVAILABLE IN COURSE SESSIONS #2 AND #3

HEARTSAVER FIRST AID/CPR/AED COURSES

The Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation is pleased to announce that an American Heart Association Heart Saver First Aid/CPR/AED course will be offered on the following dates.
The course will include Heartsaver First Aid and Adult, Infant and Child CPR and AED.

Important note for Education Majors: Successful completion of this course satisfies the First Aid and CPR requirement for new teacher certification in the State of Michigan.

Course Session #2 Berry Events Center (BEC) Room #200 - Wildcat Room (located on the southwest corner of the BEC):
Mondays, October 22st AND October 29th, from 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
You must attend BOTH DAYS to be eligible for certification.
Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 17th.

Course Session #3 Berry Events Center (BEC) Room #200 - Wildcat Room (located on the southwest corner of the BEC):
Mondays, November 12th AND November 19th, from 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
You must attend BOTH DAYS to be eligible for certification.
Registration deadline: Wednesday, November 7th.

Course Fees:
Course fee = $60.00
Textbook fee = $13.95 (Available at the NMU bookstore)
*Full-time NMU students/faculty/staff receive a $10 discount on their course registration for a total of $50.
