On-Campus

Off-Campus

There are many off-campus sources available to students who need assistance with stress management. Most charge fees for their services. Students should consult the "Counselors-Licensed Professional" and "Mental Health Services" sections in the yellow pages of a local phone book.

Classes

There are several classes at NMU that you can take to help with stress management:

  • MGT 210-Time Management
  • Any HP class, such as: HP 247-Yoga; HP 259-Tai-Chi; HP 226c-Aerobics
  • EN 101-Learning Skills Development
  • EN 102-Personal Reading Improvement
  • OIS 190-Professional Development
