Lake Effect Show Choir

Lake Effect is a mixed vocal ensemble performing popular and contemporary music with staging and/or choreography. The ensemble rehearses twice a week and performs five to six times each semester.  A gala dinner-theatre style concert caps off each school year. If you are a good singer who moves well and have a sparkling performance personality, coupled with a strong level of commitment, Lake Effect Show Choir is looking for YOU!

Audition Information

• Participation is open to all NMU students, regardless of major.
• Participation is for the entire academic year (fall and winter semesters).  The course number is MU109.
• Auditions are held during  the first week of classes in the fall semester.  Contact Mrs. Green through email and drop by her office for specific requirements and time.
