MARQUETTE, Mich.—Northern Michigan University’s French program will present a French Baking Seminar titled “The French Trilogy: The Stories of Boule, Baguette and Croissant.” Peter Claybaker, head baker and owner of Marquette Baking Co., will discuss the history of these breads and the baking process. Samples will follow the presentation.
