Comedian Tyler Boeh will bring his high-energy stand-up act to Northern Michigan University on Friday, Sept. 9. The show begins at 8 p.m. in 11 Jamrich Hall. It is sponsored by PrimeTime Productions.
Boeh has performed from Portland, Ore. to Portland, Maine. Now living on the West Coast, he is establishing himself at the top clubs in Hollywood. His comedy is described as fast-paced, intelligent, physical and silly. He uses his quick wit and celebrated talent of "beatboxing" to humor audiences.
Boeh previously won the Oregon International Comedy Competition, placed third in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition and was a two-time semifinalist in the Boston Comedy Festival.
