The Hunting Ground, a documentary that explores sexual assault on college campuses, will be shown at Northern Michigan University. The screenings are scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, and Thursday, Oct. 1, in Jamrich Hall 1100. Admission is free.
The Hunting Ground is from director Kirby Kick and producer Amy Ziering, the Academy Award-nominated filmmaking team behind The Invisible War, which addressed sexual assault in the military. It documents the toll of campus sexual assault on victims and their families, and investigates institutional cover-ups.
