MARQUETTE – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “The Noquemanon Trail: Its History, Future, and a Nordic Ski Walking Hike” from 1-3 p.m. Monday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 6.
Monday’s session will take place in room 101B of the Superior Dome. It will consist of an informational presentation on the history of the Noquemanon Trail Network (NTN) as well as its trail development plans, programming and future goals.
On Tuesday, participants will meet as a group at Forestville Trail Head. Directions will be provided during Monday’s session. Susan Brian, executive director for NTN, will guide a Nordic ski walking hike. Poles will be provided. The hike will be an easy to moderate exercise level.
