MARQUETTE – Registration for Summer College at Northern Michigan University will begin on Monday, March 20.
The two summer terms will run from May 22 to July 1, and from July 3 to Aug. 12. Several individual classes have various start and end dates. The preliminary course listing is available at www.nmu.edu/summer06.
Courses will be offered during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. They are available on campus, off campus and online. Parents who are interested in enrolling should note that there are activities at NMU to keep their K-12 students occupied this summer as well. These include the math, science and technology programs at the Seaborg Center; sports and recreation camps, many of which are led by Wildcat athletes and coaches; and a new series of writing camps offered by the English department.
