MARQUETTE – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present session I of “Go,” an ancient oriental board game, from 10-11 a.m. Tuesdays from Jan. 31 to Feb. 14, in room 414 of Cohodas Administrative Center.

            Developed in China between 3,000 and 4,000 years ago, Go is played by millions in Asia and thousands elsewhere. Instructor Carol McAnulty will go over the rules of the game and teach participants how to play. Poster board, pencils and rulers will be provided to make the game boards, but participants should bring a roll of pennies and 50 dimes for the game pieces.
