DENDRITIC AND B-CELL SEMINAR AT NMU

            MARQUETTE – The Northern Michigan University biology department will present “Immunosuppressive IL-10 Induces the Rapid Protective Response after Infection with FMD Virus: Cross-talk between Dendritic and B Cells in the Marginal Zone of the Spleen” at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, in Mead Auditorium.

            Matias Ostrowski, a Ph.D. candidate from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, will discuss the relationship between dendritic cells and B cells, which interact to form an immune response, and how it relates to the spleen.
