Northern Michigan University will host the 5th annual Ojibwe Food Taster from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, in the D.J. Jacobetti Center commons.

            The menu will consist of venison, wild rice, corn soup, fry bread, and various other dishes. Attendees who bring their own dishware will have their names entered into a drawing for prizes.

This event is sponsored by the Native American Student Association.  Tickets are $5 for NMU students with ID and $10 for the general public, and can be purchased at the Center for Native American Studies or at the Diversity Student Services office.
