MARQUETTE – Northern Michigan University will co-sponsor a forum concerning economic education and entrepreneurship at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in room 231 of the Marquette County Courthouse Annex.

            The forum will discuss public attitudes toward economic development in the Upper Peninsula according to the results of a survey conducted at Michigan State University. The survey covered attitudes towards new versus existing issues about economic development, personal and business conditions in the future, the timing of job creation, participation in savings plans, and attachment to community. Scott Loveridge and Jan Bokemeier from MSU will be presenting.
