MARQUETTE – Nicholas Delbanco, a highly acclaimed author, will read from his two latest novels at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at the Federated Women’s Clubhouse.

            Delbanco is the Robert Frost Collegiate Professor of English and Literature at the University of Michigan, where he also administers the Hopwood Awards. He is the co-founder of the Bennington Writing Workshops and has written 20 books of fiction, literary criticism and nonfiction. 

He will read from The Vagabonds and What Remains, which were chosen as a Washington Post Book of the Year and a New York Times Book Review Editor’s Choice, respectively.
