BIOLOGY SEMINAR PRESENTS KIRTLAND'S WARBLERS

            MARQUETTE – David Ewert, director of conversation science for the Nature Conservancy’s Great Lakes program, will present the next biology seminar at 11 a.m. Monday, April 25, in the Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building at Northern Michigan University.

            The seminar is titled "Kirtland's Warbler Research and Training Project: A Bahamas Perspective." Kirtland’s Warblers are small birds that can be found in Michigan in the summer. Their wintering grounds are in the Bahamas.

            The public is invited to attend this free event. The seminar is sponsored by the NMU biology department.
