NMU STUDENTS PRESENT POSTER AT CHILD DEVELOPMENT MEETING

            MARQUETTE – Northern Michigan University psychology professor Maya Sen and five psychology students presented a poster at the 66th Biennial Meeting of the Society for Research in Child Development earlier this month in Atlanta.

            The poster presented at the meeting was about toddlers’ use and understanding of vocabulary for genitals.

            The following students were involved in the research and development of the poster:

            Michigan (cities listed alphabetically)

            Iron Mountain: Amanda Rosenburg, a junior; Marquette: Diana Hudson, a graduate student; Negaunee: Hope Patrick, a senior.

            Lake Villa: James Wieser, a senior.
