NMU FORUM LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – Northern Michigan University will hold its last university forum of the semester from 3-5 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004 in the atrium area of Hedgcock.

The discussion will cover a range of topics related to future plans for NMU. Issues on the agenda include: the future uses of Lee Hall, who might live in Carey Hall, ideas for the “residence hall of the future,” what the University Center’s function will be five years on, and if NMU might start using alternative fuel sources. Included with the forum will be an introduction to the new Fieldhouse Foodbar, located on the third floor, and a sneak preview tour of the Reynolds Recital Hall. The recital hall is slated to open at the start of the winter semester in mid-January.
