NMU DANCE COMPANY PRESENTS HAUNTED HOUSE

Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – The Northern Michigan University Dance Company will present a haunted house on Saturday, Oct. 30, in the lobby of the Forest Roberts Theatre.  Realistic blood and gore will be shown, and surprises have been set up to scare participants at every turn.

“This event is a fundraiser for the Dance Company,” said Erin McClure, coordinator of the haunted house. “Its purpose is to get our name out because we are brand new…maybe we will gain a few more members because of this.”

Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  Due to the graphic nature of some displays, the haunted house will be shown in two versions. Children ages 13 and under are welcome from 4-6 p.m., and the mature showing will take place from 7-10 p.m. Younger children may also view this version if accompanied by an adult.   Â

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  The cost is $2 per person.  For more information contact McClure at emcclure@nmu.edu.   Â
