TAI CHI FOR OLDER ADULTS AT NMU

MARQUETTE – The Center for Gerontological Studies at Northern Michigan University will sponsor a presentation on Tai Chi for Older Adults on Tuesday, June 15.

The program is scheduled from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in room 3611 of the West Science Building at NMU.  The public is invited to attend free of charge.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  Presenters include Clark Roberts and Renxin Yang. Roberts is a registered nurse, Tai Chi and QiGong instructor, and a nationally certified massage therapist. Yang is a member of the sociology and social work faculty at Northern. She has practiced Tai Chi for many years and has been teaching it at NMU since 1998.
