NMU TECHNOLOGY AND APPLIED SCIENCES HONORS STUDENTS

MARQUETTE – The College of Technology and Applied Sciences at Northern Michigan University honored seniors Joseph Van Oyen of Brighton and Patrick Crunk of Dearborn at an awards luncheon to close out the academic year.

Van Oyen received the D. J. Jacobetti Outstanding Student Award, which recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding involvement and has made notable contributions to his fellow students and to the college. He majored in construction management with a minor in business administration. He is the son of Tony and Ellen Van Oyen.

Crunk, also a construction management major, received the All College Student Award. It recognizes a student who demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and active involvement in college and university activities. He is the son of Ross Crunk and Regina Dombrowski.
