LOONS AND MERCURY EMISSIONS TO BE DISCUSSED

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – Michael W. Meyer of the Bureau of Integrated Science Services of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will present the next biology seminar at Northern Michigan University. The title of his presentation is, “Using Population Viability Analysis of Wisconsin Common Loons to Evaluate Mercury Emission and Shoreland Management Rules.”

The seminar is scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday, March 8, in the Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building at NMU. The public is welcome to attend this free event.
