"NCLL PROGRAM ADDRESSES SLEEP, MEMORY CONCERNS"

MARQUETTE – Many people have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep. Others have concerns about their forgetfulness – wondering if it is more than a normal sign of aging.

Dr. Roman Politi of Neurology Associates of Marquette General Hospital will share his expertise on sleep and memory issues at a Northern Center for Lifelong Learning program titled, “Getting the Most out of Your Brain.” He will also answer questions from the audience. The program will be held from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, in room 101B of the NMU Superior Dome.

The cost is $4 for NCLL members and $7 for non-members. Please register by Friday, Jan. 23. For more information, contact Sue Hefke at 249-5308.
