NMU HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT ANNUAL DINNER TO BE HELD

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – The hospitality management program at Northern Michigan University will hold its ninth annual theme dinner Friday, April 11, at the Jacobetti Center.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  The theme of the dinner is “The Greater Side of Gatsby.” The evening begins with a cocktail hour with a cash bar at 6 p.m. and the dinner will be presented at 7 p.m.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  Dinner will begin with a poached salmon pre-entrée. Entrees available will be beef tenderloin with a cognac mustard sauce, mussels, and ham with a bourbon glaze. The salad is a Caesar served in a Parmesan tuile. Dessert will also be served, and a champagne toast tops off the evening at 9:30.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  All proceeds go to the ACF Upper Michigan Chapter David Sonderschafer Memorial Scholarship and the Thaddeus Bogdan Endowed Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $75 per person.
