MEETING ABOUT SUMMER COURSE IN EUROPE TO BE HELD AT NMU

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – An informational meeting about a summer tour of Northern Europe for credit will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, in Jamrich room 203 at Northern Michigan University.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  Nell Kupper, a professor at NMU, will be teaching a four-credit course titled Cultural and Artistic Heritage of Northern Europe. The trip is from May 22 to June 4. Financial aid applies to the cost of the class and trip, which is $2,775 plus tuition. A $350 deposit by Feb. 7 secures a reservation.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  The class will be spending 14 days in Europe. It will sail the canals of Amsterdam, savor chocolate in Brussels, Belgium, visit Paris, explore castles of Louir Valley and visit the gardens of MonetÂ’s house.
