Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  MARQUETTE – A free public lecture on depression and dementia is being hosted by the Gerontology Program Committee at Northern Michigan University. It will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, in Jamrich Hall room 103 at NMU.

 Â Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚ Ã‚  Dr. Peter Lichtenberg is a clinical psychologist and board certified rehabilitation psychologist. He is the director of the Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University. He has conducted extensive research on AlzheimerÂ’s disease and related dementia and the depression it can cause. He will talk about his research findings at the lecture.
