NCLL TO SPONSOR COOKING CLASS

MARQUETTE - Ray Richards will lead a demonstration of how to make New

England Clam Chowder and Oyster Stew in a cooking class offered by the Northern

Center for Lifelong Learning.  It is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to I p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at

St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Ridge Street.

In addition to the featured dishes, Ray will discuss other chowder recipes, including those of the corn variety.  The cost is $3 for NCLL members and $6 for nonmembers.
