A travel health clearance is required in order to proceed with admission to an NMU FLSA. Download the required form from the NMU Health Center web site and schedule an appointment with your personal physician, or the NMU Health Center. The Health Center is equipped to answer questions concerning recommended vaccinations, preventative medicine, and health-related practices recommended for destinations worldwide.

HTH Insurance: NMU partners with HTH – a leader in student travel insurance – to offer comprehensive insurance and services tailored to academic studies abroad. The cost of the insurance is built into the FLSA program fee and students carry their own policy card with instructions for filing claims.
