International Transfer Process

The following four steps must be completed before admissions decisions can be made on any application:

1. Complete the international student application online at https://www.nmu.edu/admissions/apply/application.shtml.

2. Pay $30.00 Application fee

3. Request for your transcript to be sent to NMU.

4. Provide a certification of finances in the amount of $26,000

5. Prepare Credential Evaluation (Required for any international credit received).
