Graduate Student Exams & Test Scores

All test scores must come directly from the testing agency. NMU does not accept copies such as scans or faxes. Please check which exams are required before applying to your program of choice.

English Proficiency Scores:

TOEFL Score - 213 computer-based, 550 paper-based or 79 iBT.

IELTS - score of 6.5 or better.

MELAB - score of 79 or better.

If your English language skills are not satisfactory enough to apply for general admissions, please apply for our English as a Second Language Program. We help high school, undergraduate and graduate students improve their English.

Programs Requiring GRE or GMAT Scores:
