Eligibility Requirements:
Faculty may submit one of the following as acceptable proof of status:

• Letter on official school stationery from the department chair, school principal or other school official stating that he/she is a faculty member or faculty equivalent during the current academic year
• Faculty ID is validated for the fall, spring or summer semester of the current academic year.

ITIC is valid for one year from date of purchase.
