All hours worked and leave hours used by AFSCME, student, temporary, and selected TOP employees are recorded in the UltraTime electronic time keeping system in one of two ways: time clocks and UltraWeb. If available, employees scan their NMU ID through one of the time clocks on campus at the beginning and end of each shift worked and, if needed, to punch out and back in from lunch, or different shifts and jobs on the same day. If there is no time clock that is easily accessible to your area, employees are to log onto UltraWeb to enter their time.
