Staff Awards Program

Employee awards are overseen by the Human Resources Department. They are presented to faculty and staff members on an annual basis.  Excellence in Service Awards highlight employees on an individual basis for their outstanding service to the university. University Team Awards recognize exemplary performances by a group of individuals that finds an innovative process to achieve a university-related task. NMU employees are also eligible to earn Distinguished Faculty Awards, Excellence in Teaching Awards, Excellence in Professional Development Awards and the Technology Innovation Award (previously TLC Award for faculty), which are overseen by Academic Affairs.  To nominate someone to receive one of these awards, click here.
