Submittal Of Maintenance Request

PURPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to provide direction to the campus community for the submittal of maintenance requests.

APPLICABILITY

Faculty and staff.

PROCEDURE

All faculty and staff requesting maintenance work shall call the secretary in Plant Operations-Facilities and provide the appropriate information.
