PURPOSE

This policy establishes Northern Michigan University's Excellence-in-Service Award.

APPLICABILITY

This policy pertains to all individuals in the following staff groups: AFSCME, Technical and Office Professional, Administrative Professionals, and Non-Represented (Coaches, Deans, Senior Administrators, & Senior Management)

POLICY

It is Northern Michigan University's policy to develop, maintain, and implement an employee's award program that recognizes distinguished performance and service in furthering the goals of the University by individuals within the Administrative and Support Staff employee groups.
