MOTOR POOL

PURPOSE

To establish a policy for use of motor pool vehicles for Northern Michigan University business use.

APPLICABILITY

All faculty and staff.

POLICY

The University manages a fleet of state owned vehicles for use by various university departments for official University functions. Determination of all factors relating to the assignment of motor pool vehicles shall be made by Transportation Services. In general, Northern Michigan follows the procedures established by the State Motor Transportation Division.
