WORK REQUESTS TO PLANT OPERATIONS-FACILITIES

PURPOSE

To provide efficient service and facilitate handling of all work requested of Plant Operations-Facilities.

APPLICABILITY

Faculty, Staff, and Students.

POLICY

In order to improve service and facilitate handling of all work requested of the Plant Operations-Facilities Department in state supported buildings, a work request form must be properly filled out.  This form can be accessed on-line at the Internet address: http://198.110.192.65/tmatalk.html.  At this page click on "Log a Request", and then fill out the requested information.

For emergency conditions, or an immediate need, please call 906.227.2292 during normal working hours.  At all other times, call the Ripley Heating Plant, 906.227.2293.
