CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

PURPOSE

To make all faculty and staff aware of their responsibility to disclose any potential Conflict of Interest when dealing with Northern Michigan University.

APPLICABILITY

All faculty and staff.

POLICY

It is the policy of Northern Michigan University that all employees who would profit either directly or indirectly from a sale to, or a contract with the University, must disclose their interest to the University Purchasing Department and to their department head or immediate superior.
