Take care® VISA cards have arrived!

The take care VISA cards have arrived at your home address.  If you are a current participant in a flexible spending account for either health care and/or dependent care; or if you are eligible for the health reimbursement account (HRA), then you would have received a VISA card.  The card is already active and ready for you to use.

In order to manage your account information, you will need to register by following these simple steps:

1. Visit:  www.takecarewageworks.com
2. Click on:  “participant account.”  You will be directed to a new screen.
3. Click on:  “new user” to create your login.  You will be asked to submit your social security number and birth date.  This will be the only time you will be prompted to do this.  Complete the remaining information and hit continue.  You will be directed to your account information.

If you are in need of customer service at WageWorks, you may reach them by calling 800-950-0105 (weekdays 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.).  This number is also located on the back of your VISA card.  Or, you can send your inquiry to the customer service e-mail at FlexHelp@takecareWageWorks.com
