Less than 12-month Employee Guidance

NMU has several less than 12-month positions – mainly Technical Office Professionals (TOPs), Administrative/Professionals (APs), and Senior Administrators (SAs) groups.  The following guidance has been prepared to assist affected employees and supervisors in regards to time reporting, pay spread, and scheduling the appropriate amount for work hours required for less than 12-month positions.
