Continuing Education for Athlete Trainers – Board Certified

The National Board of Certification (BOC) has approved Northern Michigan University as a continuing education provider for certified athletic trainers. The BOC is the national credentialing agency for certified athletic trainers and is the only accredited certification program for athletic trainers in the United States.  The purpose of the certification is to provide standards and continuing education requirements to maintain current status as a BOC athletic trainer.
