Apt Spring Sign Up

As you make your housing plans for the 2017/2018 academic year, current apartment tenants must let Housing and Residence Life know if they with to keep their current apartment, move to a different apartment, or cancel their lease.  What you have to do depends on your tenant status (single student or family).

Current Tenant - Family

If you are a family, you lease your apartment from Housing and Residence Life on a month-to-month basis and do not need to let Housing and Residence Life know that you plan on returning.  You should, however, click here to find out more about what to do if you're graduating, moving away from Marquette, leaving just for the summer, etc.

Current Tenant - Single Student

If you are a single student and are currently living in an apartment, your contract expires at the end of the 2017 Winter semester and you must let Housing and Residence Life know your plans for this summer and beyond.  Generally known as Spring Sign-Up, the week of March 13-24 is when you will notify us of your plans for this summer and next year.
