Live-Learn-Lead is a Residence Hall Leadership Workshop which explores opportunities to make a difference and get involved in your hall, on-campus and in your community. It is based on the Transformational Leadership Model (James MacGregor Burns).

Transformational Leadership Theory is all about leadership that creates a positive change. It is about values and meaning, and a purpose that transcends short-term goals and focuses on higher needs.

  • Fall In-Hall Workshop

  • Workshop-Bronze (November)

  • Winter In-Hall Workshop

  • Workshop-Silver (January)

  • Workshop-Gold (March)
