Lincoln Apartment

Lincoln apartments are approximately 515 sq. ft. in area with hallway storage closets. 

All apartments are carpeted and are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and window blinds.  Rent includes all utilities plus cable television, local phone service, and wireless computer network access.

The furnished apartments for student families also include a couch, chair, dinette, one full-sized bed and a dresser (note:  the second bedroom in the two bedroom furnished apartment for families is not furnished.)  The furnished apartments for single students includes a couch, chair, dinette set, two twin sized beds and two dressers.

A laundry building is centrally located and is for the exclusive use by Lincoln Avenue tenants. Barrier free units are available.  Parking is available in front of each building for tenants and their guests.
