Students wishing to sit for the national certification exam in athletic training (BOC), MUST graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program.

This is a four-year baccalaureate program with students graduating from the College of Health Sciences and Professional Studies.  Requirements for the athletic training major include the core athletic training courses (66 credits).  Students will complete six clinical practicums of "hands-on" experience at both on and off campus athletic training facilities.  All clinical experiences are directly supervised by a certified athletic trainer or another health care professional.
