William J. Inman
William J. Inman (founding partner) brings expertise in personal injury, workers’ compensation and insurance law to the firm, having won thousands of settlements for injured workers. He has tried cases before the Courts of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and both regions’ Workers’ Compensation Commissions.
A 1993 graduate of The George Washington University National Law Center, with a Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Inman is a member of the Maryland State and District of Columbia Bar Associations, and the Maryland Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth District.
Mr. Inman graduated cum laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering in 1990 and as a member of Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honor Society. Though raised in a military family, he spent his formative years in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
David J. Kaminow
David J. Kaminow (founding partner) has successfully represented debtors and creditors in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland for more than 15 years. He has tried cases for plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial matters, including debt collection, contract interpretation and enforcement, real property disputes and other matters. He has spoken to numerous audiences regarding debtors’ rights and responsibilities.
Mr. Kaminow, whose practice also includes personal injury and automobile accident cases, is licensed to practice before all local and state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Court in Maryland, where he has tried and won many cases. He has litigated matters before the Appellate Courts of both jurisdictions.
Mr. Kaminow received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from The George Washington University National Law Center, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College, cum laude, in 1990.
