1. Sleep Like a Baby
If you ever thought the term ‘sleeping like a baby’ meant hours of peaceful rest, think again.
If your baby is younger than 12 weeks old, he or she should be waking up every 2 to 3 hours.
By the baby’s 3-month birthday, though, your infant might sleep for a full 5 to 6 hours before stirring. Or not! As Baby grows, its nighttime sleeping will become more and more continuous, but babies’ sleep patterns can differ quite a bit.
