Please bring your most current health insurance card with you to your appointment.

Patients arriving without an appointment will be evaluated by the triage nurse. Based on the nature and urgency of the medical problem, patients may be treated immediately, scheduled for a same-day appointment, scheduled for a future date or referred elsewhere.
