Eligibility for Services

Students:

• must be currently enrolled or pre-registered for the coming semester
• enrolled during the winter semester are eligible to use the Health Center during the summer months
• younger than 18 years of age must have signed parental permission prior to receiving services
• must present their validated student I.D. card when arriving for appointments or services

Student Spouses: must be married to a currently enrolled or pre-registered student

Faculty/Staff and Families:

• must be currently employed by the university
• dependents of current employees must be 16 years of age or older to use the Health Center
• employees must submit their employee I.D. card when arriving for appointments or services
