Report Guidelines for
Charles C. Spooner
Student Research Program
These guidelines apply to recipients of Charles C. Spooner Student Research Awards.
Within 30 days after the specified completion date of the project, the grant recipient must submit a Final Project Report to their Department and to the Dean of Graduate Studies & Research.
The Final Project Report must briefly address (1-2 pages) the following:
- What was done? (Summarize the project activities.)
- What were the results?
- What was produced (publication, presentation, creative work, etc.)?
- Detail the actual budget expenditures.
